The early bird gets a conference discount and guaranteed hotel room
Please note that the hotel room guarantee and early registration fee discount deadline for the UTA’s 39th Annual Education Conference & Trade Show is October 10th. The conference dates are Sunday November 9th through Tuesday, November 11th. (Sunday has the Golf Tournament; the Wine & Canvas event; the Hiking Adventure and opening reception; Monday and Tuesday are the conference program days.)
Before October 10th, the conference registration fee is $745 for members and $645 for the second, third, etc., members from the same company and $995 for non-members.
After October 10th, the conference registration fee is $995 for members and $1,145 for non-members.
To secure a hotel room at the beautiful La Quinta Resort & Club, call the hotel directly at 760-564-5711 and note that you are with the ‘UTA’. Room rates at the resort will be $214 per night single/double for UTA Conference registrants. This rate includes the daily resort fee for unlimited use of the fitness center; in-room coffee service; high speed Internet access; complimentary self and valet parking; Local, toll-free and credit card calls; daily newspaper delivered to each room; Lawn games; shuttle to individual transfer to golf courses; driving range use including balls; and golf bag storage.
The resort will honor these rates three (3) days prior and three (3) days following our conference dates, based on availability. Cancellation is allowable without penalty three days prior to reservation. Check-in time is 4:00 pm and check out time is 12 noon. We suggest that you make your reservations as soon as possible in order to ensure the availability of the UTA rates.
