Courthouse trustee

By a recent Court Order, nonjudicial foreclosure sales have been prohibited on the grounds of any courthouse within Los Angeles County, as of January 1, 2012. 

San Luis Obispo County’s General Service Agency, in cooperation with the County Administrator, has asked that Trustee sales be moved to a new location – the New Government Center on the Higuera Street side steps adjacent to the General Services building at 1087 Santa Rosa Street.
