After practicing as a mortgage banking and foreclosure litigator for a few years, in 2011, I became designated counsel for Northwest Trustee Services, Inc.  Since then I have worked directly with a trustee and my focus has changed from providing support to lenders and servicers to providing support to a trustee, and its clients and vendors.

Changes in foreclosure laws at a multistate level particularly this past year have been significant.  Operation has needed to continually evolve to keep pace.  My involvement with UTA and its Legislative Committee has helped with monitoring foreclosure laws as they transform.  I am actively involved in tracking foreclosure bills, case law and trends that could impact a trustee and default services industry.
