Sonoma County Allows Trustee Sales on North Side of
County Administration Building

After prolonged communications between industry members (including UTA) and the County of Sonoma, the County has agreed, subject to certain conditions, to permit the continued use of the County Administration Center at 575 Administration Drive, Santa Rosa, California as a site to conduct trustee’s sales. The County’s conditions are: (1) While the south side of the building has been used for many years, future trustee’s sales must be noticed and conducted on the northern side of the administration building; and, (2) The County will establish a new address for the north side of the building, “in order to help … clarify, for the purpose of public notices, the precise location for future transactions.”

At the Sonoma sales location, as well as elsewhere, UTA highly recommends that all trustees and criers do their best to minimize any interference from trustee’s sales with all other uses on the property.
