California Foreclosure Certification - Course & Exam (Level II)

UTA will offer its California Intermediate Level Certification Program. Among other topics, this program will focus upon complex foreclosures including multiple notes, multiple deeds of trust, cross-default clauses, mixed collateral loans, mechanics liens, IRS liens, special federal liens, special issues at the sale, forbearance or workout agreements and Bankruptcy (in more depth than required for basic certification). This 4-hour course is followed by a one-hour exam for UTA members who seek a UTA California Intermediate certificate. (Lunch is included.)
