Andrew Boylan is a Partner with McCarthy & Holthus, LLP overseeing Risk Management & Compliance for the firm. After graduating from the University of San Diego, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Spanish, he received his Juris Doctorate degree from the University Of San Diego School Of Law and his MBA from the University Of San Diego Graduate School Of Business Administration. He is a member of the United Trustees Association (UTA) where he previously received the New Member of the Year award, the California Mortgage Bankers Association (CMBA) where he was a part of the group’s Future Leaders Program, and the American Legal & Financial Network (ALFN) where he received the Picture the Future award from the Junior Professional & Executives Group. He has spoken on regulatory and legal compliance issues at numerous mortgage industry events. Mr. Boylan has received the highest possible AV Preeminent Rating from Martindale-Hubbell® by members of the Bar and Judiciary in both legal ability and ethical standards. He is licensed to practice law in the States of California and Washington.
