BIOGRAPHY:
I'm a Trustee Sale Manager/Assistant Vice President at Cal-Western Reconveyance Corporation in San Diego, CA. My main focus is managing the Sales Team processing non-judicial trustee's sales in, Alaska, Arizona, California, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, Texas, Utah and Washington. I started in the foreclosure industry in 1979 and have been an active member of CTA since early 1984 prior to being an active member in UTA. Along with being a chapter board member of the San Diego chapter, I also served several terms as the San Diego Education Chairperson helping to develop the industry training and educational programs. I've served on the UTA board since January 2009.

WHY I WOULD LIKE TO BE A MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS and/or MY VISION FOR UTA:

UTA is instrumental in educating members of and keeping abreast of legislative changes, as well as working to monitor and implement legislation that is important not only to the well being of our industry but to its members and their companies. UTA has grown to include many new states and members in the last few years and as an organization we have taken a stand against legislation threatening the current non-judicial process. I want to be an active participant in the continued growth to more states, new members and the significant legislative challenges and triumphs to come.
