BIOGRAPHY:

Vice President of Foreclosure Operations at First American Trustee Servicing Solutions in Westlake Texas, a division of First American Mortgage Services headquartered in Santa Ana, CA. I presently manage the company's overall operations which includes non judicial foreclosure services in California, Arizona and Nevada. I have managed the operations of the company since February 1997. I have over 25 years of mortgage banking experience and over 20 years of default servicing experience. I am a graduate of the University of North Texas, Denton, TX with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree with a specialization in Financial Markets and Financial Institutions. I have been a member of the UTA since 2001. I have attained certification for both Level I and II California Foreclosure Certification, AZ and NV Basic Foreclosure Certification through the UTA.

I believe my broad experience in the default servicing world provide the UTA with additional expertise during these trying mortgage banking times. I like to get down in to the nuts and bolts of all processes and want to know why things happen and how to resolve them. My experience on the Servicer side provides me the opportunity to view all aspects of the servicing world and how any changes would impact not only the trustee side but also the servicer side.
