WHY I WOULD LIKE TO BE A MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS and/or MY VISION FOR UTA:

I have been in the industry for over 30 years and have had the opportunity to work with many of the largest servicers. I have also had the pleasure of working with many people that have been involved in the UTA organization over the years.

The mortgage default industry has been going through tremendous changes which have been a challenge for most trustees/firms. I'd like to get involved with the UTA to:

  • Promote consistency and best practices
  • Brainstorm with peers to tackle industry challenges
  • Participate in training and/or industry conferences
  • Promote and invite service and/or investor participation
  • Target state specific issues that hurt trustees/firms and brainstorm on solutions
  • Work with UTA team to research and recommend state specific timeline changes and/or fee-cost increases.
I respect the members of this organization and know that we all have different strengths, experience and knowledge to share and contribute. I am very interested in working as a team to deal with real issues that impact our industry and to continue to build and expand the membership of the UTA organization.
