BIOGRAPHY:

Deborah started her career at Ticor Title in Seattle and worked in the title industry for 5 years. This title experience together with the paralegal certificate helped her to obtain employment as a foreclosure paralegal at a local law firm where she worked for one year before leaving to join Regional Trustee Services where she has worked since 1991. Deborah is currently Vice President of Operations where she oversees the daily operations of non-judicial foreclosures in 8 states and nationwide lien release services. She has been involved with the UTA since 2007 and in 2010 helped to write and teach the Washington State certification course.

I would like to be a member of the board of directors to help promote the atmosphere of working together and education that the Association has brought to the State of California, to the other states in which the UTA is involved. I believe that the education and networking that the association brings only helps us to be a better industry as a whole. I also believe that we all need to work together and communicate during these challenging times and the UTA provides a platform to accomplish this.
