BIOGRAPHY:

I am the Senior Vice President and General Manager of WT Capital Lender Services. In 1992, I was a founding partner of the company, and, as such, have developed a vast knowledge of foreclosure proceedings, particularly those involving complex loans and commercial properties. In addition, I am a certified paralegal with thirty-six years experience focused in the areas of real estate, creditors' remedies, civil litigation, and bankruptcy.

Since joining the Association nearly 20 years ago, I have found this organization to be a valuable source of information and continuing education for its membership. In this current economic climate, the work of UTA is more important than ever. Neither I nor our company has had much involvement in the organization other than attending educational seminars. At this time, I would like to be more active in the Association which serves our industry and I believe that my decades of experience as an independent trustee, almost exclusively handling commercial assets, and as a certified paralegal, focused in the areas of real property law, creditors' remedies and bankruptcy law, will allow me to well represent the membership of UTA. I welcome the opportunity to contribute to the goals of UTA as a member of its Board of Directors, and, if elected, will work tirelessly to be an advocate and asset for our industry.
