BIOGRAPHY:
I am the founder and managing partner of the real estate and business boutique law firm of Attlesey Storm, LLP; a co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Assured Lender Services, Inc., a commercial foreclosure trustee company; and a co-founder and general counsel of Reliant Escrow, Inc., a California-based escrow company emphasizing commercial transactions. In my 18 years of practice I have focused on representing institutional lenders, banks, investors, property management companies, start-up to publicly traded companies and service providers in documenting loans; drafting, reviewing, negotiating and litigating loan documents, purchase and sale agreements, leases and related documents; and an array of issues in the default services arena (including defense and pursuit of pre-foreclosure, foreclosure and post-foreclosure related litigation, workouts, title issues, bankruptcy, landlord-tenant related matters and surplus foreclosure sales proceeds distribution and recovery).

WHY I WOULD LIKE TO BE A MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS and/or MY VISION FOR UTA:

The UTA is the go-to source for cutting edge information on legal issues, trends and practices impacting the non-judicial foreclosure industry. That is made possible through the hard work and dedication of the UTA leadership and other volunteers. Those efforts – and the resulting information – have been and continue to be a tremendously important resource to the industry and, on a personal level, to my practice and trustee business. I feel it is important that I do my part to give back by sharing my experience and knowledge. It seems the most effective way for me to contribute is by serving on the Board of Directors. Because my law practice and Assured Lender Services emphasize commercial properties, I believe I offer a somewhat unique, and important, viewpoint.
