BIOGRAPHY:

My multi-dimensional 19-year career began in the mail room and onto the foreclosure department at California Reconveyance Company and I have been an intermittent member of the CTA/UTA since 1992. Over the years I have created success in a broad spectrum of roles in foreclosure operations, default servicing, lending operations, REO and Asset Management, and loan pool underwriting for Fortune 500 companies in the banking industry. I have been fortunate in these positions to challenge and refine myself professionally, as well as develop an insightful understanding of this industry and the people in it. I have attended the regional and annual educational programs and activities of the UTA and have witnessed the radical changes to the industry. The most natural progression at this time in my career is to get involved and put my well rounded experience to productive use on the UTA Board.

The United Trustees Association has contributed to my professional growth in immeasurable ways. As a long standing member of the Association, I have had the privilege of receiving its educational and networking value year after year. As the industry continues to develop and the legal climate changes, the UTA has seen growth and expansion unlike any previous time. As new members are welcomed, experienced leadership is increasingly necessary. In my 19 years in the default servicing and foreclosure operations industry, I have built a depth and expertise from hands on experience that I will contribute to the value and direction of the board. My vision is clear; to roll up my sleeves, lean on the best practices of my professional experiences, and get involved in the steering and direction of this invaluable organization.
