Tina Suihkonen is a co-founder and the Chief Operating Officer and President of Assured Lender Services, Inc., an independent trustee focused on the unique needs of its clients who are faced with foreclosures of commercial properties (including undeveloped lots, partially constructed buildings, industrial, office, high-rise, retail, hospitality and special use, landmark, high-profile properties) in the Western United States.

Between 2003 and 2008 Tina was the Vice President of the Foreclosure Trustee Department at LandAmerica Onestop, Inc. where, in addition to managing the department’s day-to-day operations, she was responsible for guiding the growth and development of the department and its staff.

Tina also holds a California Real Estate Salesperson License and has over 15 years experience in the Real Estate and Trustee Industry.

WHY I WOULD LIKE TO BE A MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS and/or MY VISION FOR UTA: 

I have been an active member of the UTA for several years and have always been impressed by the dedication of its members, officers and directors.  I am finally in a position that allows me the time and flexibility to be more involved and to make the necessary commitment of time as well as share my knowledge with others.  In today’s changing market the UTA is as important as ever to the members and I would truly love to be even more involved.
