WHY I WOULD LIKE TO BE A MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS and/or MY VISION FOR UTA:
In this critical time of our economy where foreclosures loom, with moratoriums and modifications, I believe the focus should be on clarifying and making the industry more aware of the “ripple affect” dealing with the volume and quantity of foreclosures.
My title background and industry involvement would be a plus in favor of creating “marketable title.”
Vision: is to have UTA stay on top of real time default activities with real time solutions to avoid costly litigation, creating a smooth transition into an REO and marketable title.
