Jim DeLoach has been in mortgage banking for over 25 years.  He has built a successful mortgage bank from inception, reorganized a medium sized mortgage bank, established a mortgage banking division in a large bank, managed the default division of a national mortgage banking company, managed the bankruptcy operation of a major law firm, and is now managing attorney for a regional law firm that handles default services for various clients in 9 states. 

WHY I WOULD LIKE TO BE A MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS and/or MY VISION FOR UTA: 

I am the only Texas member of the Board of Directors of the UTA and feel that it is very important to have representation from all of the states that UTA represents.  The UTA offers products and services that are needed in Texas, particularly the educational programs that I would like to see more widely offered to and accepted by the mortgage servicing community in Texas.
