BIOGRAPHY: |
I joined RSVP and Standard Trust Deed in 2002 after serving as a supervisor of operations at First American National Default. Prior to First American, I was a Vice President of Operations for Trustee’s Assistance Corp. and a Vice President of TD Service Company. I have more than 35 years of experience working in the foreclosure processing, posting, publishing and auctioneering arena. In my current capacity, I oversee the operations of two companies: Standard Trust Deed, an independent foreclosure processing company with operations in AZ, CA, NV, OR, and WA, and RSVP, a posting, publishing and auctioneering company that operates in 25 states. Since I joined the companies we have managed significant growth and capital investment: RSVP has expanded from 9 to 25 states and we have re-engineered workflow around a cutting-edge processing application that connects our production processes directly with client’s open order systems using XML.
WHY I WOULD LIKE TO BE A MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS and/or MY VISION FOR UTA:
I believe I can be a resource for UTA as our organization fulfills its mission of providing members information, expertise, continuing education and opinion on trustee issues and practices. Because of my operations background and experience in all types of default and foreclosure files, from residential to high-liability commercial transactions, I believe I can add the perspective of “practical application” in our changing world. I look forward to working alongside our professional members and with the Association’s staff to improve the value of membership in the UTA, and to ensure the groups remains relevant in these challenging times.
