WHY I WOULD LIKE TO BE A MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS and/or MY VISION FOR UTA:

I would like to continue my service as a member of the Board of Directors because I believe in supporting an organization that supports me and my team at California Reconveyance Company.  The UTA is an extremely valuable organization and I feel my expertise and experience can be of benefit.  The changes UTA has made over the past several years have been extremely positive and I want to take part in the continued success and growth of this organization. In our ever changing legislative environment it is important that all Trustees are educated to ensure strict compliance to the statutes that govern our process.  UTA is instrumental in providing the information needed to ensure this is done.
