San Diego Dinner Event Is June 6th

UTA’s San Diego Dinner will be held June 6th, at the Hilton San Diego Mission Valley.  UTA’s Nevada Lobbyist Cheryl Blomstrom of Blomstrom Consulting, and one of UTA’s two Oregon lobbyists, Elizabeth Howe of Howe Public Affairs will speak. Updates will be provided on Nevada legislation including changes to the Nevada Mediation Program; deficiency judgments; revisions to AB 284; and a Nevada Homeowners’ Bill of Rights bill.  Updates on Oregon legislation will include changes affecting assignments, Trustees deeds and the mediation program.
