Join The Conversation: NOS Translation Issues

UTA will have an open conversation session for members to discuss the issues pertaining to translations on Notices of Sale in California as required on April 1. The rules were set in AB 1599 and clarification and industry consensus will be discussed. This is not a class, but a member discussion.
The forum will discuss civil code, section 2923.3: “…a mortgagee, trustee, beneficiary, or authorized agent shall provide to the mortgagor or trustor a copy of the ‘recorded’ notice of default with an attached separate summary document of the notice of default in English and the languages described … and a copy of the “recorded“ notice of sale ...”
The conversation will be held via conference call on Thursday, March 21st at 3 pm, PST. Please contact the UTA office for dial-in information.
