UTA's 5th Annual California Lobby Day & Dinner is March 11th

Lobbying is easy and rewarding

UTA will hold its 5th Annual California Lobby ‘Afternoon’ on Monday March 11th.  Members will meet with their State Assemblyman and Senators after a briefing provides them with talking points from UTA’s California lobbyist, Mike Belote.  A dinner, with Eileen Newhall, Staff Director of the California Banking, Finance & Insurance Committee as the speaker, will be held that same evening in Sacramento.  Ms. Newhall will discuss the legislative landscape and the California Homeowners’ Bill of Rights.

“It’s imperative that UTA members convey our support for cleanup legislation on HOBR,” said Robert Finlay, Esq., Wright Finlay & Zak, UTA’s Legislative Committee Chair.

Attendees can attend either the lobby day events or the dinner event or both.
