UTA's California Homeowners' Bill of Rights Classes Well Attended

UTA’s recent classes on the California Homeowners’ Bill of Rights (HOBR) drew well. 53 registrants enjoyed the seminar taught on January 29th in La Mirada by Mark S. Blackman, Esq., Alpert, Barr & Grant. 70 registrants enjoyed the seminar taught on February 12th in San Diego by Phillip M. Adleson, Esq., Adleson, Hess & Kelly and Michelle Mierzwa, Esq., Cal-Western Reconveyance Corp.
The class is also scheduled for February 25th in Addison, Texas and will be taught by Edward Treder, Esq., Barrett Daffin Frappier Treder & Weiss and Chris Pummill, NDeX West. California and Texas CLE credits are offered.
The course materials cover a detailed summary of HOBR, who is covered by HOBR, new requirements and experiences since HOBR took effect.
