The Nevada Department of Business and Industry’s Real Estate Division has issued an Advisory Opinion on HOA Liens.  The Opinion provides Q&As on major issues along with an analysis.

The Division opined that the costs of collection cannot be included in a super priority lien by an HOA, meaning, in their opinion, only the assessment can be contemplated in that lien.
