Fannie Increases Fees For Nonjudicial Foreclosures
in Several More States and U.S. Territories

Fees increased
Fannie Mae has announced an increase effective January 1st, in the allowable maximum attorney or trustees fees for legal work related to nonjudical foreclosures in Idaho, Montana, New Hampshire, Wyoming, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands. The fee increases are generally from $600 to approximately $1,000.
Fannie had recently increased fees in allowable foreclosure attorney fees for trustees in Washington, Oregon, and California.
