California Homeowner Bill of Rights Compliance focus of Two Conference Sessions

The California Homeowner Bill of Rights will be addressed in two different sessions at UTA’s 37th Annual Education Conference, held on Monday and Tuesday, November 12th and 13th. 

On Monday, November 12th, the Washington and California Legislative update will address Washington legislation and California legislation.  The second half of that 1 hour and 15 minute session will address HBR compliance.  On Tuesday, November 13th – the conference’s final session held from 3:30 pm to 4:30 pm – will complete HBR compliance. Ronald D. Roup, Esq., Roup and Associates, Michael Belote, Esq., California Advocates, Philip M. Adleson, Esq., Adleson, Hess & Kelly, and T. Robert Finlay, Esq., Wright Finlay & Zak, will lead these sessions.
