UTA Accepting Nominations for Board of Director Seats

Six Board seats are
up for election

UTA Nomination Committee Chair Elizabeth Knight of PLM Lender Services has announced that UTA is now accepting nominations for seats on the 2013 UTA Board of Directors.

This year the membership will be electing six (6) seats to the Board of Directors. Terms for each of the seats is for three years, beginning on January 1, 2013 and ending on December 31, 2015.

The Board of Directors oversees the policy, budget and operations of the United Trustees Association, a non-profit corporation.

Members interested in running or nominating a member for a Board position, should complete a Board Candidate Profile Form and submit it to the UTA office by September 4th.  A copy of the UTA’s Board Candidate Eligibility Policy is also available.
