Judges Panel to Open Conference

“Order in the Court!”, UTA’s ‘Judges Panel’ will open the sessions at the 37th Annual Conference & Trade Show, to be held November 10-13th at the Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort and Spa at Gainey Ranch.

The Honorable Stephen L. Johnson, U.S. Bankruptcy Judge, Northern District of California will join the Honorable Scott C. Clarkson, U.S. Bankruptcy Judge, Central District of California and the Honorable Peter Wentworth Bowie, Chief Judge, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of California as well as the Honorable Eileen W. Hollowell, U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Arizona in a lively discussion.  The Judges will discuss the issues and conflicts that affect our day-to-day operation.  Benjamin R. Levinson, Esq., Law Offices of Benjamin R. Levinson, will moderate the panel, to be held on Monday, November 12th at 9:00 am.
