Please note that the hotel room guarantee and early registration fee discount deadline for the UTA’s 37th Annual Education Conference & Trade Show is September 30th.  The conference dates are Saturday November 10th through Tuesday, November 13th.  (Saturday is the day for certification classes, Sunday is the horseback riding and jeep tours events as well as the golf tournament and opening reception; Monday and Tuesday are the conference program days.)

To secure a hotel room at the beautiful Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort and Spa at Gainey Ranch, call the hotel directly at (480) 444-1234 and note that you are with the ”UTA”. Room rates at the resort will be $219 per night single/double for UTA conference registrants.  Gainey Ranch will honor these rates three (3) days prior and three (3) days following our conference dates, based on availability. To guarantee availability and rates, reservations must be made prior to October 5th.

After September 30th, the conference registration fee is $850 for members and $1,100 for non-members.
