Two UTA Events Are Scheduled

Two dinner events on the docket

UTA has two new dinner events  scheduled.  Here is a summary of the events:

July 25th – California Legislation & Texas Updates.  Speakers are Ronald D. Roup, Esq., Roup & Associates, UTA’s Legislative Committee Chair and Jim DeLoach, Esq., Butler & Hosch.  They will discuss the California Homeowner’s Bill of Rights and Texas updates.  The event will be held at the Hilton Dallas Fort Worth Lakes Executive Conference Center in Grapevine, Texas.

August 1 – An update on the Homeowner’s Bill of Rights and the draft FHFA guidelines.  Robert Finlay, Esq., Wright, Finlay & Zak, UTA’s President will speak.  The event will be held at the Castaway Restaurant in Burbank and is sponsored by Metropolitan News Company.
