UTA’s Orange County Dinner will be held Monday, April 23rd at the Embassy Suites in Santa Ana, California.  UTA President T. Robert Finlay, Esq., Wright, Finlay and Zak and UTA Legislative Committee Chair Ronald D. Roup, Esq. of Roup and Associates will speak on new California laws and bills.
