Professor Will Serve as Monitor of National Mortgage Settlement

California Attorney General Kamala Harris has announced the appointment of Professor Katherine Porter of the University of California, Irvine Law School to serve as the Monitor of the $18 billion settlement reached with the nation’s five largest banks.
