UTA To File Amicus Brief in Case Challenging Constitutionality
of the Foreclosure Mediation Program

Michael R. Brooks, Esq.

Recently Judge Flanagan, Second District of Nevada, modified a loan from Wells Fargo as a sanction.  Wells Fargo appealed the decision, challenging the constitutionality of the Foreclosure Mediation Program.  UTA will file an amicus brief in the Renslow v. Wells Fargo appeal, citing the Separation of Powers issue.  The brief supports a reversal of the decision.  The brief will be filed by Michael R. Brooks, Esq., of Brooks Bauer, LLP.
