Judges Panel Returns to Conference

After a one-year absence, UTA’s ‘Judges Panel’ returns to the 36th Annual Conference & Trade Show.  The Honorable Roger L. Efremsky, U.S. Bankruptcy Judge, Northern District of California, will join the Honorable Scott C. Clarkson, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Central District of California and the Honorable Peter Wentworth Bowie, Chief Judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of California, in a lively discussion.  The Judges will discuss the issues and conflicts that affect our day-to-day operation.  Benjamin R. Levinson, Esq., Law Offices of Benjamin R. Levinson, will moderate the panel, to be held on Tuesday, November 15th at 10:30 am.
