Please note that the hotel room guarantee and early registration fee discount deadline for the UTA’s 36th Annual Education Conference & Trade Show is October 7th. The conference dates are Saturday November 12th through Tuesday, November 15th.  (Saturday is the day for certification classes, Sunday is the bike event, golf and bowling tournaments and opening reception; Monday and Tuesday are the conference program days.)

To secure a hotel room at the beautiful Red Rock Resort, Casino & Spa, call the hotel directly at 1-866-767-7773and note that you are with the ”UTA”. Room rates at the five-star resort will be $190 per night single/double for UTA conference registrants.  The Red Rock Resort will honor these rates three (3) days prior and three (3) days following our conference dates, based on availability. To guarantee availability and rates, reservations must be made prior to October 7th.

This year’s conference will once again be held at the popular Red Rock Resort and Spa, the first billion-dollar resort to be built off the Las Vegas strip, featuring the most expensive rooms built in Las Vegas. Each elegantly appointed room is filled with luxury amenities, including 42” high-definition plasma TVs, 15” LCD TVs in the bathroom; iPod docking stations, guest robes and slippers, automated private bars and “ooh-la-la” linens. All rooms offer spectacular views of the Las Vegas strip or the Red Rock Mountains. The resort also features a three-acre pool and beach area.

Register now to take advantage of the early discounted registration fee rate of $595 ($495 for additional members from the same company) for UTA members and $850 for non-members. Conference attendees will enjoy an information-packed two-day educational conference with educational material, two cocktail receptions, a dinner gala featuring the Peter Monroy Band with a silent auction and 52” plasma TV giveaway, two luncheons, two continental breakfasts, and beverage breaks.  (Additional activities such as the golf and bowling tournaments and certification courses are not included in the registration fee.)

After October 7th, the conference registration fee is $750 for members and $950 for non-members.
