Nevada Judge Orders Loan Modification as a Sanction

Judge Patrick Flanagan, Second District of Nevada, has issued an order that modifies a loan from Wells Fargo as a sanction in a mediation case.  The order provided $30,000 in sanctions to Wells Fargo (plus attorneys fees) and modified the interest rate to 2% of a party who was not a litigant in the mediation case – an unprecedented order.
