California State Senator Tom Harman (R-Huntington Beach) spoke on California’s budget crises and Ronald D. Roup, Esq., UTA’s Legislative Committee Chair, discussed legislation that UTA was both concerned and involved with in California, Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Nevada.
