Nevada Governor Jim Gibbons Appoints Scott Sibley to Commission Seat

UTA Member Scott Sibley, Publisher of Nevada Legal News, has been appointed to serve on the State’s Commission for Common-Interest Communities and Condominium Hotels.  Sibley, the UTA 2010 Dorothy Shick Veteran Member of the Year, served in the Nevada State Assembly from 2005-2007.  His term on the Commission begins October 2, 2010.

“I look forward to serving on the Commission,” said Sibley.  “I recognize the importance of homeowners associations and condominium hotels in our community, especially at this crucial time in the state.”
