UTA’s 35th Annual Education Conference, held at the Red Rock Resort in Las Vegas November 7-9th will once again feature the hottest, most exciting and relevant education sessions for attendees. This year’s conference will feature general sessions on Resolving Disputes With The Borrower (including mediation, loan mods and the HAMP Program) as well as the ever-popular Legal Updates, Legislative Session and Bankruptcy Panels. The popular Trustee’s Roundtable discussion – a forum for trustees to discuss issues with their peers - returns this year as well. Other sessions this year include Foreclosure Delay Lawsuits; Before, During And After the Sale; and; Why Aren’t Lenders/Servicers Foreclosing?

UTA thanks our Platinum SponsorsNationwide Posting & Publication; Priority Posting and Publishing; and Foreclosure Expeditors Initiators; Our Gold Sponsors; First American Trustee Servicing Solutions; LPS Agency Sales and Posting; and Walz; and our Silver SponsorsForeclosure Solution and Provest.

In addition to the MCLE accredited sessions, this year’s conference features a trade show, an exciting Monday evening dinner/social networking event with the popular Peter Monroy and his Band returning; the 18th Annual golf tournament; the 3rd Annual Fun Bowling Tournament; many exciting raffle giveaways and UTA’s Foreclosure Certification Course and Exams for California, Arizona Nevada and this year, Washington as well (offered on Saturday, November 6th).

The 35th Annual will be held again at the popular Red Rock Resort and Spa, the first billion-dollar resort to be built off the Las Vegas strip, featuring the most expensive rooms built in Las Vegas. Each elegantly appointed room is filled with luxury amenities, including 42” high-definition TVs, 15” LCD TVs in the bathroom; iPod docking stations, guest robes and slippers, automated private bars and “ooh-la-la” linens. All rooms offer spectacular views of the Las Vegas strip or the Red Rock Mountains. The resort also features a three-acre pool and beach area.

Attendees from last year’s conference gave very high marks to the speakers, the social networking dinner event and the golf and bowling events. “We take great pride and care in the content of our sessions, the fun networking events and a trade show that allows trustees and servicers to spend more face time with each other than at virtually any other conference in the industry,” said UTA President Rande Johnsen, of Trustee Corps.
