Nevada Foreclosure Mediation Program Administrator To Join
UTA Legislative Panel at Annual Conference
Verise Campbell, the Administrator of the new Nevada Foreclosure Mediation Program, will join the “Legislative Onslaught – Part II” panel held on Tuesday, November 17th during the Association’s 34th Annual Education Conference. The session is moderated by Ron Roup, Esq., of Roup & Associates, and will address legislative issues in Nevada, Washington and Oregon, as well as the mediation program in Nevada. Ms. Campbell will be joined on the panel by UTA’s Lobbyists for Nevada, Oregon and Washington – Rocky Finseth of Carrara Nevada, Drew Hagedorn of Conkling, Fiskum & McCormick and Holly Chisa of Tower Ltd., respectively – as well as by Scott Sibley of Nevada Legal News and David Fennell, Esq. of Routh Crabtree Olsen.
Verise Campbell is a seasoned administrative executive with a wide variety of professional experience acquired in part while holding such positions as Administrator for a large scale development company, Director of Administration for the Cosmopolitan Resort and Casino and Deputy Municipal Clerk for a southern New Jersey Municipality.
Ms. Campbell joined the Administrative Office of the Courts of the Supreme Court of Nevada on July 1, 2009 to take on the leadership role of implementing, organizing, managing and operating the Foreclosure Mediation Program.
As the Program Manager, Ms. Campbell was charged with launching the Foreclosure Mediation Program created by the Nevada Legislature at the end of the 2009 Legislative Session. Ms. Campbell’s wealth of hands on experience, knowledge and expertise in working with community organizations has proven to be a benefit to the Foreclosure Mediation Program.
Ms. Campbell’s educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Organizational Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management.
