Conference Hotel Rates and EarlyBird Fee Extended to October 12th

UTA and the Red Rock Resort, Casino & Spa have extended the conference hotel room rates of $190 per night for UTA conference registrants though October 12th.  Although conference registration has surpassed previous years and although the room reservations have already exceeded the UTA block requirement, we have been able to secure an extension on the room rate guarantee through October 12th.  After that date, rooms at the UTA rate – and their availability -- are not guaranteed at the Red Rock.  Additionally, in order to synchronize deadline dates, UTA will accommodate the earlybird registration fees for the conference through October 12th.  However, after that date, without exception, earlybird fees will not be honored.

To secure a hotel room at the beautiful Red Rock Resort, Casino & Spa, call the hotel directly at 1-866-767-7773 and note that you are with the ”UTA”.  The Red Rock Resort will honor these rates three (3) days prior and three (3) days following our conference dates, based on availability. To guarantee availability and rates, reservations must be made prior to October 12th.
