Las Vegas Dinner Details Nevada Mediation Regulations

62 attendees enjoyed a dinner presentation in Las Vegas at the Ramada Renaissance by Michael R. Brooks, Esq. of Brooks Bauer and Scott Sibley of Nevada Legal News. The excellent dinner event was sponsored by LPS Agency Sales & Posting.

Brooks and Sibley provided details on new mandatory mediation regulations in Nevada along with a procedural manual as well as updates on several new laws in Nevada affecting HOAs.

Attendees enjoyed great raffle giveaways from LPS Agency Sales & Posting; First American Title; and the United Trustees Association as well as two free 2-night stays in the MGM Grand Villa from Nevada Legal News.
