Los Angeles Dinner Examines Multitude of Topics

84 attendees enjoyed a dinner presentation in Granada Hills by Robert Finlay, Esq. of Wright Finlay & Zak, Phillip M. Adleson, Esq., of Adleson, Hess & Kelly, UTA’s Corporate Counsel; and Michael Brooks, Esq. of Jolley Urga Wirth Woodbury & Standish. The excellent dinner event was sponsored by Priority Posting & Publishing.

Finlay spoke on “The Post-Roth Litigation Landscape in California and Nevada”; Adleson provided information on the regulations issued as a result of the California Foreclosure Prevention Act while Brooks provided details on mandatory mediation regulations in Nevada along with a procedural manual.
