Jim Leath

Vice President, Enterprise Sales and Business Development, Altisource Portfolio Solutions

Jim Leath currently serves as Vice President, Enterprise Sales and Business Development of Altisource Portfolio Solutions, where he is responsible for sourcing and managing enterprise clients.

Prior to his role at Altisource, Jim was the Chief Client Officer at Hudson & Marshall, where he initiated long-term growth strategies and secured key clients.

Mr. Leath also served as Managing Director, Applied Analytics for Lender Processing Services (LPS) responsible for senior level sales exposure for all LPS Applied Analytics sales offerings as wells as flood, tax, and data products to the top 50, mid tier client accounts and inside sales accounts.

In addition, Jim served as Senior Vice President, Office of the Enterprise (OOE), Fidelity Information Services (FIS) and was responsible for strategic interactions with the top 50 FIS clients to provide executive level focus and strategic account management for these accounts.

Before his OOE responsibilities, Jim was the executive in charge of the Consumer and Mortgage Practices for BenchMark Consulting International (BenchMark), a wholly owned subsidiary of FIS through acquisition.

As a financial professional with broad experience in strategic planning, consolidations and corporate restructuring initiatives, Jim's responsibilities have included client relationship management, new business development and marketing to financial institutions.

Specific areas of expertise include: mortgage and consumer originations, servicing, default, product development, strategic account management, sales, sales management, incentive programs and organizational change management.

Jim has also served as head of the home equity and consumer loan operation for AmSouth Bank and began his career out of college in investment banking and bond portfolio management with a software focus.

Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Auburn University and is a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking of the South, Louisiana State University.
