Dinner addressed NV FMP

Forty-Five attendees learned some of the details – and some of the unresolved issues – of the new Nevada Foreclosure Mediation Program, in an informative and efficient presentation in San Diego from UTA’s Nevada Representatives, Michael R. Brooks and Ramir (‘Rami’) M. Hernandez, of Brooks Hubley.  The event was sponsored by Metropolitan News Company.

Brooks and Hernandez produced an excellent PowerPoint Presentation that addressed what’s new about the program; what’s similar to the ‘old’ program; how the program works; and FAQs.  Also distributed was a Nevada FMP flowchart (a decision matrix); and interesting materials about the Las Vegas housing market.
