Willet and Alailima to Chair new Vendor Relations Committee

UTA President Cathe Cole-Sherburn of Trustee Corps, has announced the Association’s Committee Chairs for 2017.

–Robert Finlay, Esq. of Wright Finlay & Zak will serve as the Legislative Committee Chair.

–Martin T. McGuinn, Esq. of Kirby & McGuinn, will serve as the Legal Resources Committee Chair.

–Tai Alailima of Carrington Foreclosure Services and Mitch Willet of S.B.S Trust Deed Services will serve as Co-Chairs of the new Vendor Relations Committee.

–Susan Pettem of Novare Settlement Services and Olivia Todd of Tiffany & Bosco, P.A. will serve as Membership Committee Co-Chairs.

–Robert Cullen of Redwood Trust Deed Services, Gary Wisham of Allied Trustee Services, and DeeAnn Gregory of First American Trustee Servicing Solutions will serve as the Education Committee Co-Chairs.

–Chet Sconyers of First American Trustee Servicing Solutions will serve as the Finance Committee Chair.

Additionally, Kathy Shakibi, Esq. of McCarthy Holthus, LLP will serve as UTA Quarterly’s Legal Consultant.
