Ramir (“Rami”) M. Hernandez is an associate attorney with Brooks Hubley LLP. Mr. Hernandez focuses his practice on civil litigation, real estate law, family law, and government affairs.

Mr. Hernandez graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a Bachelor of Arts in English and began a career in high school teaching and debate coaching. In 2009, he graduated from California State University, Long Beach with a Master of Arts in English and in 2013, Mr. Hernandez earned a Juris Doctor from the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. While at Boyd, Mr. Hernandez was awarded the Community Service Award for the Spring Semester of 2011 as well as a Dean’s Award upon graduation. In addition, he served as President of the Federalist Society and the St. Thomas More Society. While a student, he served as a staff member on the law review journal as well as an extern for the Nevada Eighth Judicial District Court, Family Division and the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Nevada. In addition, he worked as a legislative lobbyist for the firm of Fennimore Craig Jones Vargas in Carson City. He currently serves on the board of the Las Vegas Chapter of the Federalist Society. Mr. Hernandez is admitted to practice in the State Bar of Nevada, the United States District Court for the State of Nevada, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.43
