UTA’s 40th Annual Education Conference, held at the M Resort Spa Casino in Las Vegas November 8-10 will feature exciting and relevant education sessions for attendees – and rooms are just $129/night! This year’s conference will feature general sessions on ‘Title Issues You Need to Know’; ‘HOA Super Priority Liens’; ‘Distressed Asset Servicing and Disposition’; ‘CFPB Rules and the Complaint Process’; ‘Economic Outlook’ and Case Law, Bankruptcy and Legislative Updates and a Trustees Roundtable.

In addition to the CLE accredited sessions, this year’s conference features a trade show and a ‘70’s style’ Monday evening dinner and social networking event.
