UTA membership is comprised of those acting as trustees under real property deeds of trust, including trustees, attorneys and loan servicing professionals from title companies, financial institutions, law firms and independent companies as well as allied and support organizations such as posting & publishing companies and computer service firms.

UTA has two type of memberships. To become a member or to renew your membership, please click on the appropriate level of membership category

Regular – For individuals, sole proprietorship, corporations or limited liability corporations that directly in providing Trustee Services, including reconveyances, performing the functions of a trustee under a deed of trust or mortgage in nonjudicial foreclosures.

Educational – For employees of Regular Members who provide labor or services for trustee services.
