Nine New Trustee Sale Officers Certified

Congratulations are in order to several UTA Members who have passed various levels in different states of the UTA Foreclosure Certification Course and Exam.  These members may now use the designation “Trustee Sale Officer” in processing nonjudicial foreclosures in the State with they passed the relevant exam.

  • Tai Alailima, Atlantic & Pacific Foreclosure Service – California Level I
  • Edward Choi, Regional Trustee Services – Arizona Level I
  • Samantha Cohen, Regional Trustee Services – California Level I
  • Jean Greagor, Regional Trustee Services – Arizona Level I
  • Paul Kim, Trustee Corps – California Level I
  • Lisa Parella, Adleson, Hess & Kelly – California Level I
  • Nisha Patel, Beacon Default Management – California Level I and Level II
  • Stephanie Roberts, Enoch Enterprises – California Level I
  • Stephanie Spurlock, Western Progressive – California Level I and Nevada Level I

In order to maintain their status as Certified Trustee Sale Officers (Level I or Level II) members must pass the certification exam with a score of at least 70%; maintain UTA membership in good standing; and attend either the Annual Education Conference OR three regional meetings within two years of certification and every two years thereafter.

Certification provides a measurement to recognize the skills and knowledge necessary to perform as a Trustee.  UTA certification is designed to that employers and consumers will have confidence in the recipient’s thorough knowledge of the nonjudicial foreclosure process.
