Please be advised of an update to Title Companies from the San Francisco County Recorder’s Office.  The County request Assessor Parcel Numbers (APNs) on the “Notice of Default; Notice of Recession of Default; Notice of Trustee Sale; and Trustee’s Deed Upon Sale.”
